♡ ABOUT THE ARTIST ♡

Hi guys!! Thank you for visiting Linay’s Art Studio! 

For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Linay Juarez and I’m beginning my art journey! I’m located in San Diego (but mostly online for the time being).

In order to properly introduce myself I’d like to give you a small backstory. Growing up I always knew I wanted to be an artist, a painter more specifically, but an artist nevertheless. From the moment I could hold literally anything in my hands I began to draw. RIP my moms couch and her Mac lipstick. From then on I took art classes at every chance I could. Learning and creating every step of the way. 

Now I know your wondering “where did you get this creativity from?” And “how did you know you wanted to be an artist at such a young age?” Well let me tell ya.

I was fortunate enough be born into a very creative family. My dad is a graphic designer and tattoo artist. My mom is a great singer and an amazing cook. From a young age I’ve always had their support in whatever I choose to do. In more recent years I met my partner, he too has been beyond supportive of my art and I cant thank him enough for believing in me when I thought it might of been just my parents. I feel that this is super important to mention because without these people I don’t think I would’ve had the courage to start this studio.

With that being said, I’m excited to finally have the time and mindset to start this journey. Here, “Linay’s Art Studio”, is a safe space, a home for my creative mind. In my studio you’ll be seeing oil paintings, watercolor artworks, Procreate designs, and photographs taken from my boyfriends Fujifilm that I’m slowly taking as my own, thanks babe! ;)

Each piece is created with love and time, just as anything worth having is, no? I’m super excited to share my art with you all and I hope these artworks, in whichever form you end up taking, inspire you to believe in yourself and dream big. Or at the very least bring a smile to your face. Thank you for reading, sharing, and following me on this GIANT step I‘m taking. Fingers crossed this works out!
